22 Years of Building Excellence
Iron Ridge Builders was founded in 2003 by Mike Callahan and Tom Reeves, two construction veterans who spent decades working on major projects across the Rocky Mountain region. They saw an opportunity to build a company that combined large-firm capabilities with the personal accountability of a smaller operation.
Starting with a team of 12, they took on their first commercial project — a 15,000 square foot office building in downtown Denver. That project came in ahead of schedule and under budget, setting the standard that would define Iron Ridge for the next two decades.
Today, Iron Ridge Builders employs over 180 professionals across our Denver headquarters and field operations throughout Colorado and Wyoming. We have completed more than 340 projects with a combined value exceeding $750 million.
